This 3 bedroom home in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii that sits on 20 acres, was handed over to us after architect, Terry Cisco had completed the plans.
We slightly altered the original footprint of Terry’s plans and overhauled the originally planned style for this spacious 3 bedroom ranch home. We selected all finishes, exterior, interior, designed the pool as well as the creative directed the landscaping. The client wanted to create a ranch home, mid-century modern inspired.
Clean lines, modern finishes and vintage touches make this home a stand out amongst homes old and new on the Hawaiian Islands.
The simplicity of the dining area on the main lanai of the house, speaks for itself. The ocean views past the pool can wow even the oldest island residents. Elevated on the hillside and surrounded by cows, wild boar, and turkeys, this space is where the owners dreamed of hosting many guests to dine but also having space for the area to double as a dance floor.
